Summary

A Manufacturing Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Cary, IL area. This role involves providing engineering support, evaluating manufacturing outcomes for continuous improvement, supporting new product introductions, and working independently with professional judgment and expertise.

Responsibilities

Provides engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, or functions. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and new equipment/process introductions. Works as an individual contributor, applying professional expertise and judgment. Expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Requires a university degree or extensive practical knowledge gained through

experience. Involves understanding and applying procedures and concepts within the discipline. Requires the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous

experience. Typically requires a degree or equivalent, with no

experience necessary.
