Summary

Immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee an established team of automation maintenance professionals in the Ber Juan Park area of Missouri . Under the leadership of the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will work 3rd shift M-F, be responsible for leading a team of technicians ensuring that automation equipment is maintained efficiently, and kept in good working order.

The Right Person Will Have Proven

experience with the troubleshooting, repair and the PM of automated machinery & PLC's along with having excellent communication

skills with the ability to lead in a positive manner.

Must Have Secondary Electro-mechanical Engineering Related

education, 5+ years of proven supervisory

experience within an automation environment along with 'preventive maintenance planning'

experience to include EAM and CMMS.

This position requires availability to support a 24/7 operation, supporting an "on-call" urgent response during any unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team and provide guidance for troubleshooting and planned downtime and emergency response activities; Provide oversight to ensure that plant equipment and maintenance systems function in an efficient & safe manner; Track and trend work order performance using CMMS and ensure the availability of parts and appropriate tools Administer preventative maintenance program to reduce automated equipment downtime and improve machine efficiencies; Leadership/Coaching of personnel through proactive communication, employee involvement, participation, and individual feedback; Maintains inventory of parts & supplies, to include PLC's for critical maintenance repairs; Ensures compliance with Health and Safety objectives while meeting maintenance performance targets.
