Role Overview & Specifications
- Require at-least two year experiences for fitting and grading garments in Womenswear Softs/Wovens
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting, and grading
- Must be able to work with multi-product and fabrics.
- Guide factory with grading chart where needed.
- Can work independently and guide account managers on fit related queries from customers / Factory.
- Communicate with Factory and customer on garment fit related queries.
- Organise / Manage fit sessions.
- Be able to measure and input measurements on size charts.
- Create style specs for factories to follow using mannequins/fit models.

Salary: £20,000.00-£53,325.32 per year
