The Quality Assurance RN is responsible for facilitating and leading clinical improvement strategies and initiatives to achieve clinical excellence. The role skillfully combines a primary focus on clinical knowledge with an emphasis on performance improvement.

Required
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Upon hire: Registered Nurse License for state of residence
Preferred
qualifications:
Upon hire: Certification in one or more process improvement methodologies (i.e., Six Sigma, LEAN)1 year of progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts. 1 year of
experience with statistical analysis. 1 year of
experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups. 1 year of
experience with root cause analysis and safety event review processes. 1 year of
experience with clinical effectiveness and quality. 1 year of
experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models. 1 year of Project Management
experience.
