Position Summary

As a Project Manager at Power Integrations, you will manage all activities for your

assigned development projects in order to achieve the technical, commercial and quality

targets in line with the Power Integrations development policies and methodologies.



More specifically, you will

• 
  Steer the initiation and execution of the project and lead the project team.
• 
  Align and coordinate the activities of the internal and external suppliers in order to ensure that they deliver the required products/services according to the specifications.
• 
  Define the resources needed to execute your project

• 
  An engineering master degree in an electronic field.
• 
  You have at least 8 years’ experience in managing complex projects involving semiconductor electronics.
• 
  Experience in automotive and/or power electronics is considered a plus.
• 
  Leadership & result oriented.
• 
  Effective internal and external communication skills, at various organizational levels.
• 
  You have a strong risk mindset and ability to balance potential risks versus time and money.
• 
  You are willing to travel.
• 
  You are fluent in Business English; every additional European language is considered a plus.
