Senior Director Finance, Suppy Chain

Our client is a Philadelphia-based $2B+ specialty services provider with a national network of nearly a thousand

locations nationwide offering customers a wide range of services. We’re looking for a strong leader to work closely with the CFO and SVP of Supply Chain to help drive business transformation. This newly created position will act as the finance business partner to the SVP Supply Chain and the Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the CFO, this position will own the budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the entire supply chain process, including direct material sourcing, distribution center network (26 DCs), indirect sourcing, and all expense, capital, and inventory within the entire system.

Duties &

ResponsibilitiesDedicated financial partner to the supply chain organization.Lead business case analysis across various productivity initiatives.Play a key role in designing the Company’s future warehousing and logistics footprint. Drive Supply Chain performance through the development and support of most critical KPIs.Drive Direct and Indirect Material deflation across multiple commodities.Further integrate Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) Process with overall cross-business operating plan.Manage relevant systems and processes development.Develop and prepare materials for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors meetings.Knowledge,

Skills, and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, operations management or equivalent training required.Minimum 10 years of

experience in supply chain finance roles or finance roles with a similar operational focus. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management

skills.Excellent analytical and statistical
