Ideal candidates for senior positions possess 5+ years of

experience in real estate, land use or business law. Ideal junior level applicants possess 1-3 years of legal

experience and a desire to learn real estate, land use, business law or estate planning. The positions are led and mentored by Partners serving clients in the following areas:Real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasingCC&Rs and Homeowner Association governanceSecured transactionsLand use and CEQACode enforcement abatementProperty tax counseling and appeals· Business entity formation and governanceMergers and acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, spin-offs, and restructuringsFinancing transactions, loan agreements, capitalization, and real estate venturesEstate Planning, including tax sensitive high-net-worth estatesTrust administrationProbateCandidate

Salary:Junior Associates $100,000 - $130,000 + bonuses and performance incentivesSenior Associates $130,000 - $180,000 + bonuses and performance incentives
