Works in office managing/preparing files and documents as well as in the field meeting with property owners. Prepares reports and recommendations as directed by project manager. Reports to, seeks advice and coordinates with project manager and/or supervisor. Maintains complete and accurate files, as appropriate, pursuant to project specific

requirements. Works efficiently to maximize productivity, quality, and service. Responsible for completing assignments within allotted time, and to report exceptions to manager. Light travel may be necessary (1-3 overnight stays) Must be able to lift small boxes up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

4+ years of

experience with Texas Department of Transportation right of way projects with a proficiency in negotiation, re

location, and eminent domain coordination processes in accordance with the Uniform Re

location Act or specific state laws Knowledge of TxDOT policy and procedures Bachelor’s Degree preferred or minimum of 5 – 7 years of

experience in similar or like field Texas Real Estate license IRWA Certifications preferred Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance required.
