Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global mobility tax and immigration services business sitting at around 6000 employees worldwide. They are recruiting for an ambitious generalist to come in and really shape their role in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

You will have very generalist responsibilities in addition to covering some of the recruitment and learning and development piece. The business are in the process of setting up new processes and procedures so you would be able to play a big part in this.

The generalist will also be required to investigate some data and reporting.

ER experience would be valued due to the nature of change within the business this person will need emotional intelligence and understanding of grievance procedures to support employees.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous generalist experience in a large organisation or somewhere with a start up feel with experience setting up new systems and processes.

Excel proficiency would also be valued in addition to capabilities with reporting.
