This role involves performing customer service tasks and processing service requests to help retain company business. The focus is on supporting the customer service process for the company's products, ensuring high-quality and efficient service for both providers and policyholders. The
responsibilities include handling routine inquiries and escalating more complex issues when necessary.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:Hourly Wage: $18.72, plus annual bonus opportunity

Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Provides customer service for routine inquiries and assists with complex cases as directed.Researches and analyzes incoming inquiries, using relevant systems and reference materials to effectively resolve issues.Elevates sensitive customer requests when necessary for appropriate handling.Makes outgoing calls to obtain information not readily available and conducts thorough research.Stays updated on company, industry, and regulatory changes, using service contacts as opportunities for business conservation and expansion.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and human relations
skills, with the ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.Proficient in oral and written communication, demonstrated telephone
skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.Consistent attendance adherence to department and company expectations, with the ability to work flexible shifts and overtime.Basic understanding of computer systems, proficient keyboarding
skills, and quick adaptability to change.Detail-oriented individual with good analytical and problem-solving
skills, capable of multitasking, including interacting with customers while documenting calls.You promote a culture of
diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and in a listed
location.
PREFERRED:Planning and organizing
