Multi Trades are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee / Junior Architectural technician in the Skegness area on a permanent basis.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year as an Architectural Technician
- Education: HNC in construction or similar
- Skills: Competent in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project; highly organized, able to work to tight deadlines, able to manage workload
- Driving licence
- Desired: SMSTS, Construction Health and Safety Level 3
Responsibilities
Formulating planning drawings, producing Design & Access statements, Flood Risk Assessments, Building Regulations Drawings and Specifications, Construction Drawings, Bill of Quants, signing off Timber frame drawings, ordering and scheduling materials, site visits/quality checks, producing site programmes, Section 38 and 104 Applications, applying for services and utilities, producing Sales and Conveyancing Plans, liaising with Building Control and Warranty provider

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000
