Summary

Remotely Support And Perform Complex Technical Problem-solving

duties related to Midmark products.

Essential/primary

Duties

Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues. Troubleshoot pneumatics / hydraulics issues. Troubleshoot software/hardware issues with internal and external customers via various methods such as phone, email, chat, and remote control/assist software. Troubleshoot network communications issues. Troubleshoot windows operating system issues. Organize daily tasks and work with minimal supervision. Maintain a good rapport with internal and external customers. Record customer communications within the company’s call logging system via Midmark processes. Participate in the continuous improvement program.

May travel to customer sites to repair equipment and conduct training occasionally as needed.

Education And/or

Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. At least 1 year of previous

experience is preferred or equivalent combination of

education and

experience. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Competency And/or Skill

Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites to repair equipment and conduct training occasionally as needed In depth knowledge of testing and updating various Midmark products Ability to interact with the Engineering team to solve complex issues Ability to use test and repair equipment Familiar with Microsoft SQL express functions, installations, and troubleshooting In depth knowledge of computers and operating systems Ability to work with different personality types while remaining tactful and diplomatic Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to multitask and resolve issues analytically Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and sort priorities in order to achieve timely quality results Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
