Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

The Sr. Quality Engineer will sit on the quality team out of the

location near Lisle, IL. This role will work closely with the Quality Manager to drive continuous improvement in product and processes, leveraging strong

With their developed team, they are looking for a senior level engineer to lead both internal and external projects.DescriptionHandling day-to-day design, supplier, production, and customer quality issues related to production linesResolving non-conformances in the production process by identifying the root cause and implementing solutionsAssist with internal audits to help the company maintain ISO 13485 complianceLead internal IQ/OQ/PQ processAssisting with the application and monitoring of established inspection procedures and methodsLeveraging data findings to implement improvements in the processPreparing documentation for customers and suppliers pertaining to quality standardsReviewing manufacturing instructions for completeness, correctness, and comprehension by assembly personnelGenerating standards for suppliers and internal processesProfile5+ years of quality engineering

experienceBachelors degree in engineering or closely related fieldUnderstanding of Root Cause Analysis problem solving techniques
