Director Technology Services Procurement

The Director of Technology Services Procurement is responsible for leading complex regional/global strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve value enhancements and efficiency for our Company's organization and internal business systems. This role reports to the Executive Director, Global Technology Procurement and works closely with the IT Leadership team.

Key

Responsibilities

Provide sourcing support for our Company's global IT team, including IT category strategy development, supplier management, and stakeholder support.Collaborate with internal IT stakeholders to align with strategic objectives, identify value-enhancement opportunities, and prioritize optimization efforts.Support supplier management for commercial, service, and quality issues.Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and selecting preferred suppliers for Technology services.Manage our Company's RFP process for strategic sourcing requests using e-Sourcing tools.Negotiate complex IT contracts while capturing our Company's IT business

requirements.Meet or exceed all Procurement value enhancements and budgetary commitments.Develop and implement inclusive sourcing plans that include diverse suppliers in the US and globally.

Manage sourcing management, supplier value management, risk management, supplier

diversity, and sustainable processes.

Drive competitive sourcing events and support supplier selection, commercial negotiation, and market awareness.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet their business needs.

Adopt high-quality change practices, building and implementing an organization that is sustainable.Be a personal exemplar of our Company's Leadership Standards and invest in the development of team members.

Global

Align the approach with our Company's global procurement strategy and Global Category Management.

Supplier Value Management

Implement Supplier Value Management with key suppliers to foster innovation, manage performance, establish a Governance Model, and drive continuous improvement.Develop strong partnerships and invest in the growth and development of supplier relationships.

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (IT, Finance, Business, Engineering, etc.) with 15+ years of work

experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or relevant IT sub-categories

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to

$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
