Hiring a Grants Payment Collector in Cerritos, CA!

Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:00 PM, 100% on-site

Responsibilities

Ensure that Sponsor/CRO is providing payment per the terms in the clinical trial agreementsUtilize systems and data to track achievement of clinical trial activities (visits, procedures, invoiceables items, etc)Perform reconciliations of contractual activities against payments received to date to confirm outstanding balancesTrack Sponsor/CRO transactions, compare Sponsor/CRO budget against invoices created in the system and reconcile Sponsor/CRO trackers against AR aging reportsFollow up with Sponsor/CRO on all outstanding balances

3-5 Must Have

Skills/

Qualifications

At least 2 years of

experience working in Pharma, CRO or sites in collectionsBachelors degree

Experience with: past collections, industry sponsor trials, grant payments, CTA's (clinical trial agreements)

Experience with clinical trial tracking and invoicing systems (Excel, CRIO,Quickbooks, etc)
