Position

Summary

The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for the “people” side of change. As part of the Transformation Office, this role will be part of a fast-moving team focused on thoughtful management, delivering excellent results, and realizing measurable desired outcomes.

Responsibilities Include

Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and objectives.Identify stakeholders and establish strong relationships to gain support and buy-in for proposed changes.Assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders and develop strategies to address resistance and mitigate risks.Create and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes, their rationale, and their impact.Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the

skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, systems, or ways of working.Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation.Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change efforts and track outcomes.Analyze feedback and lessons learned from previous change initiatives to continuously improve change management processes and practices.Help identify and address OCM related risksCollaborate with Project Leads from different parts of the business and advocate for business areas’ needs and risks

Qualifications

Education

Required: BA/BS in engineering, Math, Science, Business, or equivalent

experience in related field.

Preferred: Masters degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Business.

Experience

5+ years of

experience working in an organization that designs and manufactures complex hardware products, software, and/or services.Bachelors Degree

Demonstrated

experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of OCM strategies.Able to develop and communicate compelling messages.Excellent analytical, business & strategic

Physical

Requirements: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Work Conditions: May require weekend and evening hours. Up to 25% travel required.

The targeted pay range for this role is $130,000- $160,000. The total

compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive

compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual

compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of

experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
