IAM Security Analyst

LaSalle Network has partnered with a healthcare agency dedicated to providing excellent in-home care. As their organization grows, they are in search of an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst. This role will lend itself to assist with the building and maturing the Access Management program. The IAM Security Analyst is a contract, hybrid position onsite in Chicago, IL 3 days per week.

Responsibilities: Responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning application access for employees and contractorsIntegrate Access Management system with in-house and third-party applications, including SAASDocument detailed processes and procedures for onboarding and offboarding users for each applicationConduct user access reviews, supplier access reviews and privileged access reviews as required for SOX complianceAssist with quarterly SOX user audits and document results in GRC toolProvide advice to IT teams and projects for IAM related configurations, policies and designsHelp design and implement processes and procedures for access certification, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Segregation of

Duties (SoD)Identify, document and communicate Access Management security risksMaintain adherence to ticketing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Assist with maintaining and reporting on metrics and KPIs
