Role Overview & Specifications

The ideal candidate will be able to work with a Tracheostomy girl who is 5 years old. In addition to providing excellent care, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain current knowledge of nursing procedures and new developments in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete a nursing assessment and charting.
  • Assess patient's needs, maintaining proper documentation of the assessment.
  • Participate in discharge planning for patients who are being discharged from the hospital.
  • Document clinical/administrative decisions and support them with related rationale.
  • Perform advanced nursing procedures including tracheal suctioning
  • Work as part of a team or independently to provide competent care to patients.
  • Take patient to school via the transport provide

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £15.00 per hour
