Kenvue is recruiting a Senior Scientist, Oral Care Upstream Innovation, in Skillman, NJ.

Our Senior Scientist will provide technical expertise in discovering and developing new technologies and will be instrumental in designing new chassis for the LISTERINE® brand.This key member of the team will work closely with Franchise Marketing, Translational Science, Regional R&D partners and our Supplier & Flavor house partners to drive innovative new products.
Responsibilities-
Exhibits familiarity with lab-based formulation preparation Independently leads innovation projects and collaborates with OC E2E in cross-functional project teamsCollaborates closely with Franchise Marketing and Translational Science to determine innovative solutions for consumer needsCollaborates closely with Consumer Science colleagues to integrate the voice of the Consumer into our researchReviews external literature, data sources and intellectual property to stay current on oral care landscape and assess opportunities and competitive threatsBuilds internal and external relationships in support of innovation pipelineA Bachelor’s Degree is required. An Advanced degree with related
experience is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of related
experience is required, with additional years of
experience preferred. Formulation and/or laboratory
experience is requiredProduct Development or Translational Science
experience is strongly preferredAbility to partner cross-functionally is required. This role is located in Skillman, NJ until our re
location to Summit, NJ and may require travel up to 10%
