Kelly Engineering has is hiring for a Maintenance Engineer for a brand new, state of the art Electric Vehicle battery manufacturer in Stanton, TN. The Maintenance Engineer will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from the ground up.

Key Areas of Responsibility:Optimization of current production processesCoaching plants in continuous improvement, standardization, and lean conceptsAssisting plants in addressing equipment down time issuesDeveloping preventative / predictive Industrial maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime in high volume manufacturingOversee PM programs for Battery Manufacturing equipmentAssist in Equipment spare part managementProviding input on new equipment design and purchaseSupporting new model / equipment launch as required

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial or Electrical / Automation engineering preferred. Equivalent

experience accepted

Experience: 3-5 years

experience in manufacturing; stamping

experience preferredAbility to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root causeExcellent communicator who can train both hourly and
