Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student-Accounting Associate for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will:

Prepare in house checks for virtual remit to bank.Prepare and post ALP payments, including working with lease group on proper application.Process rejected payments.Work with business areas on how to handle incoming checks/payments.Work with insurance team on insurance payments.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What

Skills You Need

Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in an accounting or finance discipline; others may apply.Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university.Graduation date of May 2028 or later.Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.Must be able to commute to the work

location in Johnston, IA, on a daily basis year-round.Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
