We are a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. We are one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors.

Office

location is in Englewood, Colorado and projects are primarily front range from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.

Applicant must be self-motivated and able to perform numerous aspects including takeoffs, site visits, gathering quotes, working with subcontractors, managing multiple estimates, and coordinating with other ESI divisions and personnel for projects.

Job Details

Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of project management

experience with an emphasis on Excavation and Underground Utility installation.

Experience with Agtek, Bluebeam, and Bid2Win is preferred, but not required if applicant has strong estimating background.

Education Civil Engineering or Civil Construction Project Manager degree preferred but not required.
