We are seeking a passionate and driven Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our firm, providing crucial support to our attorneys in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. This role involves managing complex litigation cases, conducting legal research, offering litigation support, and assisting in trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of complex litigation cases from inception through final resolution. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support the development of case strategies and legal arguments. Provide litigation support to attorneys, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating witness schedules. Maintain case management system to ensure accurate and timely tracking of case milestones, deadlines, and court dates. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other parties to gather and organize evidence, documents, and other case-related information. Prepare and file court documents, adhering to strict timelines and procedural

requirements. Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about case progress.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of

experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on litigation. Proven

experience in case management, legal research, litigation support, and trial preparation. Exceptional ability to handle complex issues with minimal supervision. Strong organizational

skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication

skills. Proficient in using legal research tools and case management software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred. Paralegal certification is a plus.
