Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Perform complex clinical procedures, such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy.

Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed.

Skills You Need

RN license in NC, or ability to obtain RN

experience on an inpatient unit highly preferred, but not required
