Residential Property Paralegal (In-House)

We are working with a privately held company who are looking for a Paralegal to join their small team based in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to work in a highly commercial environment, and to join a team where they will look to take the next step in their careers.

This role will focus primarily on residential property relating to our client’s portfolio of residential buildings, including lease extensions, enfranchisement, financing, refurbishment works etc. However, this position may involve working on many practice areas.

It is essential that applicants are able to work independently, and possess excellent academics (preferably completed the LPC or bar course). Candidates should also have some previous paralegal experience working for leading national law firms with an excellent reputation and/or in-house legal teams (particularly in the residential property sector, but applicants with a Construction background may also be of interest).

This role is based in Berkshire, and applicants must be able to commute with ease. There may however, be some scope for WFH on occasion.
