Our Electronics team is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to provide technical and strategic sustainability solutions to the pursuit, design, and delivery of major projects in the datacenter and semiconductor manufacturing sectors. Telecommuting is allowed.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following

Work with house engineers on design concepts to optimize building performance and efficiency.Engage in and create development programs designed to broaden knowledge and sharpen

skills related to construction sustainability.Participate in meetings and events that require strong writing and speaking

skills. Remain dedicated to sustainable development practices and assist with LEED deliverables on active projectsBelieve and contribute to a safe work environment.Strong 3d computer graphic

skills using InDesign, photoshop, and 3d studio, and Revit.Project

experience in electronics facilities, laboratories, and/or data centers desiredModeling, preparing drawings and sketches using Revit and applicable software, applying suitable design criteriaCreate conceptual models based on verbal direction or rough sketches from architects or other designersMaintain reliable work practices to meet schedule, budget, and quality

requirementsProficiency in self-checking work and coordinating with other designers to resolve designCorrectly using established workflows, systems, and tools, including design automation

skills. Familiarity with emerging technologies.

Here’s What You’ll Need

REQUIREMENTS This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture and 3 years of work

experience in Sustainability-related Design Architecture or Construction Project Coordination or Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture and at least one year of work

experience in Sustainability-related Design Architecture or Construction Project Coordination.

salary for this position is $64,000-$100,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US

locations if remote. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work

location and additional factors, including job-related

experience, and relevant

education or training.
