Job Description

  • Full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
  • Project Management from order to completion - to deliver projects at a high quality, in compliance with the relevant standards, on time and within budget.
  • Manage and be responsible for engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Adherence to H+S rules and preperation of RAMS.
  • Completion of O+M Manuals.
  • Technical Support of Maintenance Contract work.
  • Assistance with Surveys for new and upgrading systems.
  • Development of the position may lead to Estimating and Quoting from surveys and tenders.
  • Purchasing of equipment.
  • Liaising with Directors, Management and Engineering Teams.
Experience and Skills Required
  • Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms - essential
  • Design of Fire Alarms with complex cause and effect and networking - beneficial
  • Technical knowledge of Security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms - essential
  • Technical knowledge of IP systems - beneficial
  • Microsoft PC computer literacy - essential
  • Excellent Communicator
  • FIA or other Fire Design qualifications - beneficial
  • Driving Licence - essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
