General Description

This position shall be responsible for assisting in the growth of the product line in the United States and Canada. The position will be collaborating closely with key customers, sales, and the Readychain operations team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities

Provide product support for the US sales team. Must be comfortable with all online tools. Keeping material and product knowledge up to dateFunction as primary project manager as defined by the Product Manager including direct contact with customers, Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Inside Sales and OperationsFunction as a key account manager as defined by the Product ManagerFunction as primary project engineer to define project scope. Vet incoming enquiries from sales to ensure completeness, function as a conduit between sales and operations. Complete pricing reviews and adjust within prescribed parameters. Maintain pricing for catalogue items within prescribed parameters. Develop, maintain, and execute training. Assist the Product Manager in Trade Show planning and other printed materials. Assisting the Product Manager with the preparation of both regional sales meetings and national sales meetings

Physical Demands

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time. Ability to visit and move around at construction and other work sites, including the ability to maneuver in tight or small places for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh between 25 to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or equivalent combination of

education and

experience. Strong technical

skills: able to present technical concepts; and undertake technical reviews of potential projects. Travel to Trade Shows, with Regional Sales Managers or to Sales Meetings required, as needed. Initiative-taker: motivated, team focused, and results driven with developed organizational, and time management

skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication

skillsValid driver’s license with clean driving record. Proficient in the use of MS OfficeAbility to travel within the United States and Europe
