The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for complete end to end, full cycle recruitment activities across multiple lines of business in Canada and the US. will act as a leader supporting hiring managers through the recruitment cycle for job openings across Canada and the US. This role acts as a leader to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager
experience.
The Talent Acquisition Partner must be a self-starter with a creative approach to seeking out the best talent and an excellent track record of success in their current environment. The successful incumbent must have a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, have a proven ability to handle multiple priorities with great organizational
skills, can act as a business partner with an consultative approach and is passionate about talent acquisition.
The role is available for remote work anywhere in the United States, with the stipulation that the
working hours align with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Duties And
Responsibilities
Provide An Exceptional End-to-end Recruiting
experience for candidates and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including, but not limited to creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing stellar candidates through diverse pipelines, screening, assessing and interviewing candidates, consulting with hiring managers on their talent needs and advising on the recruiting process, facilitating post-interview feedback meetings to support candidate selection, and supporting a successful candidate onboarding
experience.Develop creative candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions through various and diverse channels (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn & Indeed sourcing, employee referrals, etc.).Market High Liner Foods as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.Educate, train and coach our hiring leaders on recruitment best practices.Optimize recruitment processes, drive automation, and ensure accuracy of all documentation, transaction processing and data integrity for all recruiting activities.Leverage recruiting metrics to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.Participate in campus recruitment and other networking events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Incorporate
Diversity Equity & Inclusion principles into the talent acquisition process, build partnerships with DE&I organizations.Manage vendor relationships with various recruiting partners.
Qualifications
University degree in business administration or related discipline.Customer-focused working style with a collaborative and consultative approach to partnering with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business.4+ years’
experience in talent acquisition, focusing on full cycle support from posting consultation to onboarding.
Experience using talent acquisition and recruitment sourcing tools including Applicant Tracking Systems (
experience using UKG would be a bonus), LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, recruiting events and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.High capacity, with the ability to support different types and levels of vacancies.Excellent organizational
skills, strong attention to detail and passionate about driving/developing innovative recruitment processes.Continuous improvement mindset, with a view to improving recruiter, leader and candidate
experience.Exceptional communication
skills, passionate about connecting with people and building relationships with both candidates and leaders.
