The Job as a Recruiter at Harnham This is a role where cold calling, facing/bouncing back from rejection, and growing a book of business will be part of your daily tasksYou'll handle everything from finding brand new clients to placing candidates, and it all starts with cold outreach from you. Rejection will happen more often than not, but it's part of the process. Your job is to keep pushing forward.Your focus will be on growing our client base through daily business development activities. Your goal is to expand your network, build a book of business, and bring in revenue from your efforts, which you will earn commission off of.In this fast-paced sales environment, meeting targets is key. Your ability to handle pressure and consistently deliver results will define your success in this role.
