The H-E-B Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Compliance Team is building a Best-in-Class Compliance team to support our mission. Partners in this group work collaboratively to make sure that our manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and retail operations meet or exceed regulatory compliance obligations. Our Team is dedicated to designing and delivering integrated, highly creative, and innovative compliance and audit systems to support H-E-B's brand commitment.
As a Manager of Environmental Compliance and Regulatory, you'll lead/coach a team of Environmental compliance professionals, and provide them with strategic direction, technical expertise, and development opportunities. This includes identifying compliance gaps and facilitating programmatic approaches, including developing SOPs and best practices for operations Partners.

Leads / coaches a team of environmental compliance professionals; provides strategic environmental compliance direction, technical expertise, and development opportunities for direct reports Manages internal and external resources to align efforts that deliver company, pyramid, and department strategies and key initiatives Oversees team workload to ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks and projects Provides regular feedback on individual and team performance Oversees format development and formulation of program information to create solutions that enhance H-E-B's customer
experience and protect our brand Oversees third party vendors and work towards collaborative processes Creates and actively promotes an inclusive, One Team culture Effectively builds cross-functional partnerships with other teams; ensures timely communication of key information to business partners Researches, tests, and rolls-out innovations that lower H-E-B's total cost of ownership for our facilities Supports development / execution of H-E-B's specifications and design criteria guidelines ensuring environmental compliance Reviews environmental compliance documents for coordination, completeness, and correctness Reviews work of external consultants; ensures performance meets H-E-B expectations Works with cross-functional teams to establish / maintain H-E-B sustainability standards Communicates with multiple entities (e.g., operations Partners in retail and manufacturing, city, State and federal governments regarding
requirements, regulations, and code compliance Provides technical assistance to internal and external teams
