Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible to plan and deliver U.S. brand strategies and marketing initiatives to support and help maximize sales of our interventional imaging products. They will work with the Head of Marketing in achieving and/or exceeding all associated franchise objectives. YOUR ROLELeads multiple complex projects for the interventional imaging business unit.Develops and implements product promotional programs, directs development of marketing materials and training programs for use of materials. Responsible for managing the various marketing projects throughout the entire process including development, planning, budget management, and PRC review.Maintains a high level of market intelligence to identify key trends as well as voice of customer for development of long-term strategic marketing plans.Carries out
responsibilities in accordance to organizations’ policies, procedures.Works closely with sales management and training to support the various brands in the medical device and software franchise as necessaryWorks with and helps manage the assigned agency relationships while interfacing with them on a regular basisWorks with the Head of Marketing in establishing and implementing annual brand plans that include full range management, collateral development and the implementation and execution of strategic promotional and tactical programs.Works with the Head of Marketing to manage the lifecycle of the brands and products assigned with a focus on growth and profitability.Assists with the complete annual competitive review of the interventional imaging brands.Supports selling efforts (targeting pricing and promotion strategies, etc.) and acts as a brand ambassador for scientific meetings, events, promotions and dedicated sales calls. Performs monthly forecasting in consultation with sales.Works closely with Key Opinion Leaders and Regional Opinion Leaders.Works with Head of Marketing in preparation and presentation of materials for sales/marketing update meetings. Presents at these meetings as necessary.Provides feedback to D&E on device and software enhancement requests from customers. YOUR BACKGROUND Business/Marketing Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-7 years related sales and marketing
experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic industry. This may include marketing, medical strategy, sales or sales training
experienceMBA preferredPharmaceutical or interventional imaging marketing
experience preferredMicrosoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Intermediate to Advanced)Possesses knowledge of the Interventional Imaging marketplaceKnowledge of Sales and Marketing trade practices and applications in the pharmaceutical industry including FDA and other pertinent compliance regulations and
requirements
