Located in the centre of Leeds, Green Acres Care Home is a purpose-built, 62-room care home with an excellent outdoor area for residents to enjoy. Staff at Green Acres offer 24/7 nursing care, 24/7 residential care, end of life care, mental health care and physical disability care.

To plan and initiate monthly rolling/individual programmes, and encourage Service Users to socialise within the Care Centre while maintain pre-existing hobbies.
