Responsibilities

Determine the scope of work by reviewing bid documents and attending pre-bid meetingsPerform accurate takeoffs and quantify estimatesObtain quotes as needed from subcontractors and vendorsDetermine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projectsDevelop a project schedule for each projectAttend project meetings throughout the jobEstablish and maintain working relationships with clients and subcontractorsSafety and quality consciousCommunicate with team members and trade partners

Qualifications

5+ years of

experience with a proven track recordPrior electrical field

experience

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick estimating softwareHigh level of organization and planning abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication

skillsTeam player with a positive attitude and is self-motivatedKnowledge of construction practices and methods
