Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance facilities operationsManage the facilities' maintenance, security, & housekeeping (environmental services) teamsOversee facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage risk, manage contractors, and conduct site inspections over multiple buildingsModel service attitude towards others; friendly & courteous to residents, patients & co-workers

Qualifications

2+ years previous

experience working with Maintenance Department in healthcare, construction or luxury hotel industryHVAC, electrical background preferredImpeccable interpersonal
