Admin Assistant for Signage Company

• Taking care and responding to all enquiries coming in, forwarding enquiries to account managers.
• Phone – Using excellent verbal communication skills you will be able to respond to all enquiries, taking detailed notes and forwarding the enquiries to the appropriate person.
• Filing digital images to project folders
• Booking couriers for Adhoc deliveries
• Managing our online orders across our websites, and shopping platforms and responding to messages- (Shopify, Etsy, Not On the High Street, Ebay )
• Take minutes at internal meetings
• General office support
• Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments.
• Contracts
• Petty Cash
• HR – adding new employees, viewing holiday requests
• Ordering materials, parts and office supplies
• This role is full time office based

• Flexible and open to change
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Using experienced customer service skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Sales background an advantage but not essential
• Some knowledge of signage an advantage but not essential
• Able to use an Apple Mac computers
• Ideally be living in North London

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
