Office Administrator

30 hours per week

NMW for Age Group

Our Office Administrator will assist the HR manager and Business Continuity & Risk Manager to ensure Goodwin remains compliant within all relevant laws and regulations.

• Manage Goodwin’s recruitment process from start to finish. Including completion of pre-employment checks (Right to work and DBS).
• Produce reports for managers when required
• Maintain and manage company information to ensure all remains up to date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain and organise Goodwin’s legal database for Commercial and Residential properties ensuring buildings remain compliant.
• Assist the Business Continuity & Risk manager with Audits and any required preparation
• Maintain Goodwin’s third-party Health and Safety software.

To be successful in this role you will:
