experienced PM to join the team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing assigned projects from bidding through final execution. You will work with key stakeholders throughout the process including senior management and subcontractors while acting as the point of contact for clients providing key schedule and budget updates.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and provide guidance on all stages of project life cycle from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budget, schedule, and any required change ordersProvide timely status reports to stakeholdersIdentify and manage subcontractors

QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of Project Management

experience, NYC area projects a plusStrong organizational and project management

skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprintsDetail-oriented and strong communication
