THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: The Project Manager is responsible for managing the schedule, budget, quality, and safety of a Project in partnership with the Superintendent. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager/Project Executive/Vice President. BACKGROUND PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five (5) years’ related
experience or an equivalent combination of
education, training and/or
experience
Experience supervising all phases of multi-family apartment unit construction from sitework to punch list through project completion and management turnover.
Experience in multi-family wood framing construction is a MUST.Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, cost estimating, purchasing, engineering principles and techniques, building codes as well as accounting principles
Experience with delivery methods; General Contracting, CMAR, and Design/BuildProven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.Ability to read, understand and interpret contact documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal
skills. Required
experience:Minimum of 5+ years recent
experience as a Superintendent for Multi-Family General ContractorMinimum of 5+ years recent wood frame
experience
