The Catering Manager is responsible for booking catering events for the hotel or resort. The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of client liaison and build new client relationships within the marketplace on a continuous basis. Dealing with group business and private individual clients, the Catering Manager is responsible for planning all details of an event and managing client
requirements to ensure that events run smoothly and accounts are kept in order for a seamless follow-up after all events.
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, able to evidence strong business acumen, have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication
skills.
Applicants Are Required To Have Three To Five Years
experience in service related food and beverage positions with supervisory and management
experience included. A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management is required. Attendance to training seminars is required as part of this role.
