As a Proposal Coordinator on our aftermarket team, you will leverage a global support structure and supply chain across 6 continents to deliver critical parts and services to cement and mining customers. We are on the front lines of ensuring site up time and sustainable growth. This can be located either in Monterrey, México or Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to customer RFQ’s.To carry out regular proposal follow-ups using/updating and maintaining proposal logs.To clarify subsequent purchase order receipt and to prepare detailed order handover documentation in a timely manner.Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.Drive improvement and efficiency
