Associate Attorney

Duties

• Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in legal disputes- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, trials, and other legal proceedings- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Experience

• At least 3 years civil litigation

experience with an interest in medical malpractice.- Admitted to practice law in Florida- Proven

experience in litigation, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in court- Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills- Excellent written and verbal communication

skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously- Attention to detail and strong organizational

skills
