Our client requires a Live-out Handyman to work between 2 London properties in Chelsea and Bond Street.
Duties include but not limited to:- Decorating
- Cleaning windows
- Sweeping outdoor terraces/cleaning garden furniture
- Setting security systems
- Cleaning air-con filters
- Occasional assisting with the family dogs
- General handyman duties
- Good knowledge of internet and in-house entertainment systems
- Dog lover
- London based and be fully legal to work in the UK
- Previous private house experience
Core hours: 8am – 4pm
Salary
In the region of £50,000 gross PA. If you have your own car to drive between residences, milage will be paid
Start Date: Mid March - April
