Hybrid in Zionsville Indiana, near Indianapolis. There are a few projects being prioritized now and will look to interview candidates in the next week or two.They will be enterprise wide projects, examples:Creating standards around their 32 websites, tools, compliance, etc.Reworking IT infrastructure around security related projects and moving to the cloud.Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of

experience, and are proficient in tools like Jira, Power BI, SmartSheets, etc.Job

SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of software development projects through agile based scrum teams, through the organization and assignment of all work for execution by the project teams, including change requests.They will work closely with the system developers, functional users, business analysts and quality assurance experts to understand the technical and functional design of the software applications. They will maintain familiarity with the roles,

skills, and capabilities of all members of the team.They will actively engage with the agile scrum teams in the configuration, development and execution of system and end-to-end testing for client systems, including identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements while maintaining a positive team environment with peers and management.Equally important, this role requires a genuine, innate desire to solve problems and provide customers with positive

experiences. The Project Manager has a direct impact our clients, their

experience and impression of the AxiaTP brand, and our overall growth. Main Accountabilities:Develop project plans and proposals which define the project scope in collaboration with Client/Internal StakeholderPlan, track, and report on project performance to the Client/Internal Stakeholder on a periodic basis, determined by the Client/Internal Stakeholder or project needs. Including status on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issuesCollaboratively manage workload of team members across projects to ensure proper project coverage to meet expected timelinesCoordinate and facilitate meetings with Client/Internal Stakeholder and engage/include other team members where necessary for ongoing effective communicationOrganize and manage the collection of current and planned customer projects as a portfolio, regularly communicating with customers and the team to prioritize eachRepresent the Client’s environment, strategy, and priorities to internal managementAsk for guidance when necessary and confirms understanding of problems and/or

next stepsAttain a high level of tool familiarity for the tools required for role, to be seen as a resource for others needing to learn or get information from those systemsMaintain resource forecasting, planning, and work assignment al

locationsServe as the primary point of contact for customer and internal stakeholders regarding projects and the scheduling of change requests, including scope, timelines, and changes.Project planning, identifying estimates and minimize risksEnsure proper recording, documentation, and closure for all work performedActively maintain and grow your knowledge of products and servicesRecommend procedure modifications or improvements to help make AxiaTP more effective for customers and more efficient as a service provider

Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of significant

experience in software implementation.Strong consideration will be given to candidates with a background in third party development or consulting.Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/universityStrong consideration will be given to candidates with a background and/or

experience in computer science, finance, accounting, information technology, or business administrationProject Management Professional (PMP) certified or must achieve certification within 1 year of employmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certified or must achieve certification within 1 year of employmentCertified Product Owner (CPO) certified or must achieve certification within 1 year of employment
