Chef Manager

Working Environment
A self motivated, organised and customer focused approach is required for this role. Based on Manor Park Runcorn, this small site solution provides a breakfast and lunch service, Monday to Friday, to a friendly and supportive team on site, knowledge of basic cookery is a key skill, but customer service is the most important.
If you have the skills to manage a small site with good accounting skills, and are able to provide a basic meal offer daily alongside the other products we sell daily, then this may just be the job for you.
Job Description
Our B&I Regional division is looking for a
To deliver the highest standards, you will be accountable for the following:
Proactive self management
Budget management
Innovative menu planning, design of food service, food presentation and portion/quality control
COSHH, food safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
Stock ordering and reconciliation
Daily accounting of sales
Dealing with customers and clients
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Collaborating with the wider team
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours Per week )
