Experience in ECOM Operations. Ability to multitask with high attention to detail in a fast-paced Operations environment. Flexible with change, focused on instructions - ability to run and track KPIs and sum data to put in to reports for management.

The position ensures the best-in-class execution for our client’s operations (Fulfillment, Quality, Returns Management and Business Coordination). In this role, you are responsible for the execution of daily Logistics operations primarily focused on Returns, Creating RMAs, Handling Customer Exceptions and coordinating with internal Engineering team to resolve issues timely.

Responsibilities

Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamics.Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity.Manage & maintain a list of daily returns exceptions.Resolve Returns Exceptions & drive accountability with onsite 3PL.Collaborate with ECOM Engineering to resolve systems issues for Returns.Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested.Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary.Assist Warehouses and Customers on critical shipments and non-standard requests.Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines.Complete all other

duties as assigned.

Qualifications

4 Year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain OR High School Diploma with minimum 2+ years of eCommerce

experience.

Experience in a high-volume returns processing environment.High-Tech supply chain and/or Logistics

experience.Reliable analytical

skills.Proficient ability in working within Excel.

Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred.Ability to pull data from SAP & analyze.Ability to communicate status updates in writing, through email, or orally.Ability to clearly define objectives, identify tasks and work assignments based upon training.
