Green & Healthy Frome Project Manager

and health outcomes for people in Frome and surrounding parishes.



Edventure Frome CIC, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council are working in

partnership on Green & Healthy Frome, a National Lottery funded programme focusing on the

relationship between health and climate and how this can be brought to life in a community

setting.



This job is fully funded through the National Lottery’s Climate Action Fund. This

3-year, grant-funded post within Edventure Frome will ensure the successful delivery of the

Green & Healthy Frome programme. The project manager will have three main areas of

responsibility: coordinating the partnership team, delivering on Edventure’s Green &

Healthy projects and managing the overall programme.



The project manager will be coming into an established team and programme, and build on

the work that we have delivered during our development phase. This is an exciting and

substantial opportunity to project manage pioneering partnership work in health and climate in

an energetic market town in Somerset.



We are looking for an accomplished project manager with experience in the climate

and/or health sector, who enjoys navigating a complex, ambitious project and working with
