Dynasty Health Care is looking for kind Experieneced Social Worker to join our teams across the country,

Locations: Inner and outer London, Essex, Surrey, Watford, Tunbridge Wells , Wessex, Brentwood, Kent, Leeds, Hampshire, Luton

Experience

This is an experienced practitioner role, expected to undertake cases independently and demonstrating an ability to adapt the approach from first principles to deal with more complex or unusual case, assessing and managing risks appropriately. Work with young people, families, carers and communities to help them express their needs and make informed decisions and contribute to service planning. Experience of supporting young people with Autism , ADHD etc. through transitions in a strength based way would be very beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £26.00-£34.00 per hour
