Mid-Level Attorney

Doyle Dennis LLP Trial Lawyers is a plaintiff-side law firm that represents innocent victims of catastrophic injuries involving the maritime, international, railroad, offshore, and transportation industries. We also represent employees who have faced workplace retaliation and discrimination, as well as whistleblowers who have reported fraud and misconduct.

Our firm is seeking a mid-level attorney in Houston, Texas (but will also consider other qualified attorneys). In this role, the candidate will work on high-stakes personal injury and whistleblower cases from the intake stage through trial and appeal. Applicants for this position should be licensed in Texas and have strong legal writing, legal research, and client management

skills. Specifically, we are looking for an excellent writer who can tackle the briefing of complex issues in trial and appellate proceedings. This may include drafting and responding to dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and pre-trial and post-judgment motions. The candidate will also be tasked with supervising incoming and outgoing written discovery and handling depositions. The base

compensation range is $125,000-$150,000 depending on
