DISH Wireless seeks a Principal Network Security Engineer to oversee network security operations nationwide, supporting the expansion of our 5G infrastructure.

Key

Responsibilities

Developing and managing a multi-year infrastructure plan, aligning with long-term goals and objectivesCrafting and updating security engineering designs to safeguard network integrityAssisting in the validation, deployment, and optimization of security solutions for physical and virtual devicesLeading the testing and validation of new IP security services, feature enhancements, and bug fixesProviding expert technical guidance for complex project initiatives, including upgrades to critical network devices and services

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering preferred or 10+ years of

experience in large enterprise/carrier spaceProfessional security certifications like CISSP, AWS-Certified Security, CISM are advantageousProfessional networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/JNCIE or equivalent are beneficialPublic cloud certifications in advanced networking or cloud network engineering are advantageous

Skills And

Qualifications

Skilled in architecture, design, and engineering of network security boundaries

Experienced in evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting network firewall and IDS/IPS systemsProficient in designing and implementing internal and external VPN connectivityHands-on

experience with information security in large enterprise/carrier environments

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total

compensation will vary based on factors such as

qualifications, skill level, and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's

location and is subject to change based on work
